“Having a positive mental attitude is asking how something can be done rather than saying it can't be done.” ~ Bo Bennett
I truly think a positive attitude is half the battle in weight loss or in any obstacle we face. First, we need to believe that we can be successful; then, we need to believe that we DESERVE to be successful! We need to find our own personal “how” to reach our success and to keep trying until we do find it. Sheila 1612 days ago
