Guess who? Ok, you can open your eyes now. Yep, its me!

I've always been a chubby kid, much to my mother's chagrin, and have always been attracted to computers and gadgets and books, rather than the mountains and trails. Now as an adult in my 30s, I've gotten past all the reasons why I am the way I am and ready to be who I want to be. This means major changes not just in what I eat and if and when I exercise, but my mindset on who and what I am. Do I want to be the chubby mom who can't do things with her children because I'm too embarrassed of ...

This means major changes not just in what I eat and if and when I exercise, but my mindset on who and what I am. Do I want to be the chubby mom who can't do things with her children because I'm too embarrassed of people looking at my wide ass? No way. I want to run around confidently, acting like a fool for my children's amusement and not afraid to let the sillies out.

Step one, move away from the comfortable you and into something different.
Step two, spend more time outside.
Step three, try something new every week. Step out of my comfort zone often.

My Goals:
To shoot low and lose 20 lbs this year. Once I reach that weight then I will reevaluate.

To exercise at least five times a week, keep my heart and body running well and use this host to its full potential.

My Program:
Get moving! I don't have a lot of time to myself, so my challenge is to find ways to get exercise while watching the kids!

Personal Information:
I'm from a small town in Northern NY, graduated from college with a double major in theater and English literature in 2001. Since then I've gotten married, moved all around the country and found myself back in the place I started and had a couple children. There's no place like home!

Other Information:
I'm pretty darn awesome. Just sayin'.
