Hello Everyone!

My name is Rachael. I just turned 29. I live in Baltimore with my husband Shane and my bulldog Meatbawl

I just recently learned about SparkPeople from reading a thread on Fark, so I'm still trying to get the hang of it. I'm made a promise to myself that I wouldn't spend my 30's being as unhealthy as I was in my 20's and since that deadline is looming; it's time to get my butt in gear!
