It is an adventure I'm happy to take to improve and repair my overall health. I'm willing to share with others what works for me through my trials and tribulations and am always ready to help anyone as best I can.

My Goals:
My main goal is to lose 83 pounds to improve my overall health and well being so I can "Be all that I can be"
By reducing my current weight I will also be reducing &/or eliminating many of the potential health risks I have developed over the years.

My Program:
I am doing daily exercise,stretching and toning.
I am controling my food portions and making healthier choices for myself.
I am living the SP plan I was given and add or change things as I "create" myself.
I am using SP tools,info and people to learn,be informed,gain knowledge and rebuild myself.

My name is Sue and I am from Mid Michigan somewhere around the tri-cities.
I am 47 years old,have 4 grown daughters and 4 grandchildren.(one of which passed away at 5 months of age) 3 of them are boys and the other one is a brand new baby girl!
I consider myself very fortunate to have stumbled upon this web site and to this day I'm not really sure how I did. Ya see I'm brand spankin new at all this internet and high tech stuff but I'm learning quite quickly as a matter of fact.It's like a whole new world to me.Fascinating!
