Changing my life....one IsaShake at a time

Here’s my story - I'm 31 years old and need to lose 125lbs just to bring me down to 150lbs(a weight I havent seen since my early highschool days). I have tried EVERYTHING!! I've done weight watchers, jenny craig, dr. bernstein, I've watched calories, tried every supplement/pill diet fad there is, I've hired a personal trainer and worked my butt off and honestly within a few weeks I lose interest or fall off the wagon. Even with Sparkpeople, I've been on this site since 2008 and will go ...
Even with Sparkpeople, I've been on this site since 2008 and will go strong at tracking my food for a week or two and then just fall off for a few months.

And then a miracle happened. My bestfriend introduced me to something called Isagenix and I havent looked back. I started the cleansing diet (I know when you hear cleanse you might roll your eyes like i did, but bear with me) 35 days ago and since then I have lost 14lbs and said goodbye to a total of 30inches, not to mention no more headaches, I dont feel sluggish and achey all the time, I sleep better and I have this new found lust for life and getting out and seeing what I've been missing. I cant even describe how amazing it makes me feel! And best part is I've dropped two pant sizes in 35days! My goal of losing that 125lbs is actually looking more and more realistic everyday!

The program is easy to follow, for 6 days you have two protein type shakes a day, healthy snacks in the middle and then a healthy dinner. Day 7 is a cleanse day and what that means is that you take this cleansing drink 4 times a day and you have lots of healthy snacks(sounds scary, and i thought it would be too, but its a breeze) and then when you wake up on day 8, you weigh and measure! =) And the best part is, I don’t feel hungry and the food and shakes are amazing! What other diet lets you have a chocolate shake for breakfast? And anytime you want to add a little “flare” to your shakes you can add things like peppermint extract to enjoy a wonderful peppermint patty shake, or apple sauce and cinnamon to the vanilla shake and it tastes just like apple pie!

I am a personal cleansing coach, meaning I have a team that I support through their journey of cleanse and weight loss and help them through any questions, road blocks and not to mention being their own personal cheerleader! I belong to an amazing group on facebook of a bunch of ladies(and a couple of their hubbies) who are all doing the program together and its an amazing support system, not to mention all the different ideas for meals and shakes and workouts that come out of it!
I have gone through cycles of feeling hopeless about losing the weight and even considered something as drastic as surgery, until I found Isagenix!! And now I'm all about sharing it with others because there is hope out there, and this program is so easy. I have to admit I was a bit of a couch potato, worked 12hr days and when work was done didnt want to do anything but relax at home watching tv. Now I want to get up and go. Although I havent incorporated alot of exercise into my program so far(and still lost the weight), I do a couple of Jillian Michaels at home aerobic videos 2-3 times a week and have vowed to knock that up a knotch once the nicer weather hits.

I have before and after pictures of my day 1 and day 30 posted in a blog (Isagenix day 35) on my sparkpage and in my photo album. And add me as a friend while you’re at it!!

I’ve seen many posts about struggles and giving up and can totally relate so I thought i would offer this peice of advice. Try Isagenix. It comes with a 30day risk free trial, if you dont like it, dont like the results or just dont want to continue you just return whatever unused product you have back to Isagenix and they fully refund your money! What have you got to lose, except inches and pounds!! =)

I'm not trying to sell anything(I’m definitely not the pushy sales type at all), I just want to help people like my bestfriend helped me. I wish someone had of told me about this stuff years ago because i feel like I've missed out so much of my life because of the numerous spare tires I carry around.

So that’s my story… if you are interested in trying Isagenix or have more questions send me a message. Think it over, ask me question, do some research online. Do this for you, you are worth it and I promise you will feel amazing!!

Happy Birthday to You!!

Born today, August 8, you are a fierce competitor, but you engage in everything -- even the most serious of contests -- with a sense of balance and fairness that allows you to maintain perspective and progress with a kind of calm that gives you the edge over anyone who is led by his or her passions. This is not to say that you are not passionate, but you always manage to keep your heart and your head in careful equilibrium. You possess a genuine lust for life, and you dedicate yourself fully to any endeavor that is worth your time and study.

You understand fully the importance of the past to your own present and future, and your place in a long line is not lost on you; indeed, you are perhaps more capable of fulfilling your destiny than anyone else born under your sign for precisely this reason.

Today’s Leo Horoscope: You can try something new and enjoy it as if it is familiar, comfortable and absolutely right for you.

Hope your day is wonderful!

I enjoyed your comments about isa and have been taking it myself for 30 days. I do like it but am having trouble giving up the eating. Due to the additional eating, am not hungry, I haven't lost any weight yet. I keep trying and am starting again today.

I wish you luck with your challenge and any comments you can pass to me I would appreciate.

Thank you for spending the time to read my blog - I think having just put that blog together - the first time I have actually put the developing story together like that and now the penny has dropped - and I am beginning to realise what I have done!! So - I'm just a bit slow in the uptake!! LOL!!
However it has proved one thing to me – that if I can do it anyone can do it and you will find that the results are way beyond your wildest dreams!!
