Waiting for the Fall 5% Challenge to begin! So looking forward to be a Shooting Star again. Hope to reach my 5% this time!!

Summer 5% Challenge is upon us! I am hoping to keep going with my losing. I really need to step it up a bit though.

Getting ready for the Spring 5% Challenge. Looking forward to it again. I lost a few pounds during the Winter Challenge, and I kept them off this time! I am finally on my way, again.

Check list for 5% Challenge diet

Do you know what diet you will follow? No specific diet, just watch what I eat and how much. I need to concentrate on portion control.
Found some recipes? Yes, but always looking for more to change it up a bit.
Grocery list? Preparing
Shop? After the first.
Do you have the food on hand to get started? Some
Have you followed this diet before? Yes
Did you clean up your kitchen? Working on it, too much left overs and having people for New Years Day.

Have you got your gym clothes, runners, water bottle, etc. ready to go? Yes they are always ready to go.

What is your exercise plan? Walk 30-60 min daily, physical therapy exercises 30-60 min daily and strength train 30 min 3 times per week.

Did you post your Winter 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment on your Spark Page? Yes

It's that time of year again for the Fall 5% Challenge. I am so looking forward to it. Maybe, just maybe I will hit my 5% this time around.

Signed up for the Summer 5% Challenge. Waiting for the starting date and trying to get my head on straight. So many new things going on in the last month and a half.

Looking forward to another 5% challenge for this Spring. I will be walking more and I hope to receive the Insanity that I enjoyed doing so much. I love the exercises on this site and the videos. Getting started with my exercise clothing, which was never put away and getting my healthy recipes out again. Put away for the cold months. Let's GO!!

Time to start another 5% challenge for the Winter season. I will continue to do my physical therapy and TRY to remember to record all food and exercise on the Sparkpeople trackers. I have been very lazy since the end of the Fall challenge so I am looking forward to getting back on track.

I'm ready for the Fall 5% challenge of 2013. My exercises will be walking and physical therapy for my back and knee. I will record all food on the nutrition tracker and all exercise on the fitness tracker. I am looking forward to the start of this challenge.

I have joined another 5% challenge team for the Winter of 2013. Though I have lost during other 5% challenges, I have not reached MY 5%. This time I intend to reach it! It's only about 9 pounds for 8 weeks. I know I can do it! I am so looking forward to starting again. I tend to gain during our time off, which is why I always have the same 5% to lose.

Started the second week of another 5% Challenge. I love these challenges. I just wish I could keep going in between. I lose during them but then I gain some back during the in between times.
