I am looking to lose weight and live a healthier life style. I am fortunate enough to know a personal trainer WELL and to have a gym in my basement, but desparately need assistance with getting and staying motivated. I have about 30lbs to lose and plan to take it one day at a time. Today is day 1 of the rest of my life!!! ;-)

My Goals:
I would like to be able to run and play with my 3yr old daughter and 14yr old son. I want to be able to STOP teh yo-yo dieting and maintain a healthy size so that I can wear the clothes in my closet comfortably.

emoticon and emoticon In your post for the BBQ team, you mentioned that you like to eat, and that is a problem. Well actually it's not. You need to eat at least 3 meals and 2 snacks a day, or 5 to 6 small frequent meals. You can use the nutrition tracker to track the foods you've eaten, it keeps count of the calories, fat, protein, carbs, etc. Spark will recommend a plan, or you can create your own. Take your time and find one that works best for you. I wish you much success on all that you do. YOU CAN DO THIS! emoticon emoticon
