It's Time to Fight Back!
Hi Everyone!
I'm back to try out SP for round two.
I was successful at losing last year but then fell right back into that ole emotional hole again. I finally got up enough muster to sign back into SP and face my demons of unachieved goals. I have decided that I have to take ownership of my life and stop allowing others to dictate what LIFE is for me. So, here I am.... stepping over the start line!

My Goals:
Two of my short term goals is:
To loose 10 lbs.
To drink more water daily.
My Program:
I started trying to limit myself to no more than two (can) or one (bottle) cherry coke's a day, drinking more water (ughh), taking the stairs whenever possible and watching how much fried food I'm eating per week.

I love to watch movies...my favorites are romantic comedy's (chick flicks) LOL!
