This is reallly working for me! I am so excited. its been easy and guilt free. If i get off track i just start over the next day. I try to focuse on the big picture , being healthy, the weight loss is just a side effect.

I Am making better food choices and making myself aware of my portion size.

Personal Information:
I have always been over weight but i learned early about fad dieting. when i was 23 i lost 80 lbs then gained it back because i didn't learn anything by no carb dieting. My sweet husband is very health concious, he was also an over weight child. Now that i have children of my own i worry that they will have to go through the inner shame that i did. I must lead by example and get healthy.
