Ive stumbled along for several years now. Losing here, gaining there...but always gaining more than I lose. That is not how I want my life to be. I want to make permanent changes that help me feel like the person I want to be.

Fitness Minutes: 69,521

My Goals:
I need to drink more water! I am aiming for 64oz a day right now.

Tracking Tracking Tracking! Im not good at it but Im trying!

Id like to get a good workout routine that includes some ST.

My Program:
Eating a variety of food that will fuel and sustain me, while keeping within my recommended range.

Skate at least 2 days a week at practice.

30 mins of Cardio 6 days a week.

2 15 minute ST sessions a week and will build from there.

Personal Information:
I tore my PCL in July 2011. As soon as I was released, I jumped back into Derby training for a couple of upcoming games where I gave myself terrible shin splints (i think I had a stress fracture too). Unfortunately Im still trying to recover but s-l-o-w-l-y so I dont do anymore damage.

Other Information:
I love to read and I love my Kindle and Kindle Fire!

I love music too! I dont like classifying music into kinds. If it pulls my heartstrings- then I like it.

Fave TV shows: LOST! Castle, and Biggest Loser although I rarely have time to watch TV.

I also enjoy polka-dotted umbrellas, fruity scented shampoos and diet coke. I have pets that are black and white and have names starting with an "L" (Lucy and Lacy). I like suns and hope to be shiney as well someday.
