    I really enjoy using the WATP videos. I find they are easy enough for a person with 3 left feet, and I still get a good workout.

    Watch the other walkers and you can increase the physical end sometimes if the walk becomes too easy.

    Thank you very much for the workout shoes! How did you know I need another pair!

    Keep walking - it really makes the weight disappear!
