Logged everyday on the monthly chart. Exercise looks good! Gaps in the food tracker. Consistently drinking 9 cups of water a day. B vitamin flavor packet added. Just can't go plain.

Goals For March - Going to try adding 20 min strength training 3xs a week. Really don't want to so it's going to be a challenge. Picked 3 waterfall hikes to do as it warms up.
Need to be consistent with tracking food Mon - Sat.

Feb goals - Start logging on monthly chart daily whether I accomplished the goals or not. Drink water. Exercise 6 days a week even if it only an easy 30 min walk. Just do it 6 days a week no matter what to create the habit.

Thanks for your interest in the recipe. Somehow I clicked share on it when I didn't mean to. I copied it from wholeliving.com, but added shrimp and substituted shiitake mushrooms for portabello. I didn't want to post somebody elses recipe, I was just trying to find the calorie content on it. Sorry about that.
