2/28/2012 Logged everyday on the monthly chart. Exercise looks good! Gaps in the food tracker. Consistently drinking 9 cups of water a day. B vitamin flavor packet added. Just can't go plain. Goals For March - Going to try adding 20 min strength training 3xs a week. Really don't want to so it's going to be a challenge. Picked 3 waterfall hikes to do as it warms up. Exercise 6 days a week even if it only an easy 30 min walk. My Goals:
Focus on my health which would be improved with a 35lb weight loss, become more consistant in taking care of myself.
My Program:
Striving to accomplish: 20 min Yoga 3x a week, 30 min Cardio 5x a week, strength training 2x a week, eating a balanced evenly spaced meal plan.

Other Information:
I like reading (Pillars of the Earth is one favorite), drama & romantic comedy movies, gardening, photography, hanging out on our deck with family & friends in the summer.
