I try to get 5 miles of walking in each week in addition to my workouts with at-home DVDs. I have several of Jillian Michaels', Bob Harper's, the FIRM, TaeBo/kickboxing, and my new fave: Kelly Coffey-Meyer!

I have recently researched several DVDs that I want to add to my library including some from Cathe's new Low Impact series!
