I will walk 50,000 steps each week in addition to my workouts with at-home DVDs. I have several of Jillian Michaels', Bob Harper's, the FIRM, TaeBo/kickboxing, and Kelly Coffey-Meyer.

I gotta tell ya, when I did P90X, I actually ended up getting a bit -dare I say it - bored with the program just before I finished. Haven't had that problem with CLX up to now, and in the Lean Phase, they "officially" let you mix in some of the additional cardio and ab workouts. I feel continually challenged and because you only do the same ST for one month, the workouts feel fresh.

Enjoy the Burn Phase!!
