My Motivation Statement: I will LOOK and FEEL GOOD, IMPROVE MY BP and CHOLESTEROL, and live an ACTIVE lifestyle by losing 49 pounds. My Rewards: New workout DVDs at pre-determined weight-loss intervals. (With motivation & focus, I should get something new every month.) I try to get 5 miles of walking in each week in addition to my workouts with at-home DVDs. I have several of Jillian Michaels', Bob Harper's, the FIRM, TaeBo/kickboxing, and my new fave: Kelly Coffey-Meyer! I have recently researched several DVDs that I want to add to my library including some from Cathe's new Low Impact series!
