What great questions you asked, with points of accountability ! I have truly been released from the bondage to my image. Don't get me wrong, I still love fashion, makeup artistry and I like to be put together and beautiful for my husband. The difference is food no longer comforts me, as a choice and I don't get mad at myself for making 'food mistakes'. I haven't really made time for the gym and have felt free to spend a lot more time and energy into ministry, family etc...
I don't give HCG credit for those changes, because I used the protocol as a fast and searched God, and used that time to really deal with my emotional eating. I recommended two books that you should read....with any diet! In Defense of Food, AND A Course in Weight Loss: 21 Spiritual Lessons to Surrendering Your Weight Forever! 1770 days ago
Hey! WOW! A lot has happened since I talked to you last! Congrats on buying your first home!! That is great you enjoy your new job. When will you finish with grad school? (By the way, what will your degree be?) And YAY for Zeb in his last year of school! That is huge! What will he do when he is finished?
Yes we are wedding planning now! :) The big day is still a year-ish away, May 5, 2012 . We've had a long engagement so now we are getting really exicted to kick-start the planning.
Hey! SO great to hear from you! Congrats on eating healthy and getting back into the groove of things! What are you going to school for? How's the hubby and family?
