2/3/2005: Have a great job, a great husband. Want to make this life last as long as possible. My latest motto is "Have as much fun as I can till I can't!" My hubby is starting to subscribe to this too.
I am seeking to get consistent with movement. After I am consistent in a small way, I will increase. Hopefully I will one day in the distant future not hate it!

You got the lighthouse name right, Hecta Head, Oregon. I loved this picture even though I haven't been there yet. The fog is what got me. I'm kinda in a fog often and it just fit my mood and since I absolutely love lighthouses, this one in the fog with the evergreen trees trying to hog into the picture did it for me.
Thanks for commenting on it.

I believe as you do that we have natural ways to heal our bodies that we do not use. I believe in God's work, too. I used to have a message therapist that helped me release so many issues and pain through her work. But she is in Seattle and it's a long haul to Seattle and anything she might accomplish would be ruined by the long haul back to Florida.
I have never found another therapist and to be honest, could not afford it. So I'll let you walk me through it. As far as this pain is concerned, I am sure it is a birth defect that has grown beyond the painless stage. I was warned this would happen years ago when it was discovered. So far, I haven't had a doctor tell me a good way to change it.
Let's give it a try. I figure it could only help, but as far as a memory is concerned, I don't think I have one to release.
