Thanks for your comment on my blog! The 30 Day Shred is made up of 3 levels of 20 minute workouts. Each workout consists of 3 rotations containing 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs.
It's a great 20 minute circuit workout. It burns a lot more calories than strength training alone!
