I've been ok...it was a bit rough for me last week, but made it through! The weekend was actually nice...I have been smiling since Friday, I am no longer gonna let the negative words of others affect how I feel. My Monday was busy but it was great. Well, you're back sparking...that's all that matters. :-) How are you doing? How was your weekend…did you do anything exciting?
Thanks for your comment on my blog! The 30 Day Shred is made up of 3 levels of 20 minute workouts. Each workout consists of 3 rotations containing 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs.
It's a great 20 minute circuit workout. It burns a lot more calories than strength training alone!
