I am walking at least 30 - 45 minutes per day.

I am strength training at least 3 times per week.

I am maintaining a healthier diet that includes eating low fat, moderate fat and carb foods and lowering sugars.

Once you've been given this award, you have to paste it on the wall of the women who deserve it!

If you break the chain, nothing will happen... but it's always good to know someone thinks you're beautiful inside & out!

I've been ok...it was a bit rough for me last week, but made it through! The weekend was actually nice...I have been smiling since Friday, I am no longer gonna let the negative words of others affect how I feel. My Monday was busy but it was great. Well, you're back sparking...that's all that matters. :-) How are you doing? How was your weekend…did you do anything exciting?

Thanks for your comment on my blog! The 30 Day Shred is made up of 3 levels of 20 minute workouts. Each workout consists of 3 rotations containing 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs.

It's a great 20 minute circuit workout. It burns a lot more calories than strength training alone!
