My weight loss journey

My goal is to loose weight to have a family. I have been up and down in my weight in the past. This year is different and I am very goal orientated. Since I joined sparkpeople I have come up with some of the main ingrediants for the equation of weight loss. These are key for me and are working. Feel free to add me as a friend or send me a msg. I have lost 41 lbs and working on loosing another 20 lbs.


*****Update April 10th/12 *****
I am now 6 months and 3 weeks PP, loosing the weight and getting fit. Looking to connect with other mom's. I am halfway to my goal weight.

I am currently pregnant and expecting our first baby. We are really excited. I plan on getting back into the full swing of wt loss after the baby comes. Still feel free to contact me. We are in this all together.

Oct 28/12 update: I am back to work and decided to keep nursing. Lost 50 lbs total since having the baby. Working on the next 20 lbs.

Now have lost 58.9 lbs - New Goal Wanting to lose another 20 lbs. I am starting to get fit and planning to start trying again for baby #2. I am focused and will keep going.

Hi, I think exercising after dinner would make more sense I'll try doing that instead of mornings. Mornings are good for me to do if i was a morning person lol. I hope you and your daughter feel better. my little ones had a cough for 2 days and finally getting over it now.
We had a great weekend went to the local fair friday, saturday went to friends block party and sunday to the zoo. it was buy but fun weekend.

I decided its really time I start focusing on losing weight now. My son is sleeping 6-7 hours during the night, my daughter sleeps good so there is no reason why i can't get to bed early and wake up early enough to get up and exercise and if i can exercise and dinner that even better and i can get in 2 work outs. i need to make a schedule for myself and stick with it. I'm cooking all our meals its just the exercise part i need to get into habit of doing. I'm trying to decide if i should sign the kids up for swim lesson this session or wait till fall? what do you think? I just can't make up my mind.

I'm so excited for you and can't wait to hear some good news from you soon
