I need to keep motivated... Long term. drink 8 glasses of water per day, take my vitamines and levothyroxine and watch my portion sizes. I don't know why this is so difficult!!! I'm a single Mom of three beautiful children from NW Iowa. I want to get back into shape and regain the energy I once had. Right now I am tired all the time, the "junk" food is not satisfying. By junk food, I eat alot of convenience foods at home. I want to do it the right way so that I can keep it off. No more diets, I want a life plan. I need to do something that I can keep doing likely the rest of my life. I want to be able to walk into any store and find something nice in my size... AND like the way it looks on me! I came close to that when I hit 185 in 2006 (after my 3rd baby). I hope to be that way again by Easter!!!! I don't have any idea what size I want too be, I just want to be healthy again.

My Goals:
1-2 lbs per week from now until the 4th of July. That is24 weeks (24-48 lbs) I have to do this. Get it off and keep it off!!


My Program:
-Watch Calorie Intake!
-8 Glasses of water/Day
-5 Fruits & Vegies/Day
-Increase fiber
-Watch Carb intake
-Take Vitamines & medicine daily
-Exercise 5x /week
