My Goals:
Lose 30 pounds

My Program:
Exercise, Eat healthy foods, Exercise, Get enough sleep and oh ya, EXERCISE.

Personal Information:
Hi My name is Christie. I am 46 years young. Married almost 20 years and have two boys. I signed up for Sparks in 2007...thanks Molly M. and lasted about a week. I am recommitting to this program today (1/7/2009 )with high hopes of losing the extra pounds. I am ready to work hard, stay committed and when ever possible, help others along the way.

Other Information:
I am a cancer survivor and have been through a lot this past 2 years, including gaining about 15 pounds. This is addition to the 20 lbs that I had gained with no excuses except being lazy. I am on a new medication/treatment for my pre-existing cancer and finally it is a medication that weight gain is not one of its side effects. So, with no more excuses, I am ready to lose all this extra weight!

Hey Sunshine, I dont know how to change the food to list what I am eating so just keeping a note throughout the day and counting points based on weightwatchers system. I'm looking to be at target weight by Aug/Sep so I'm giving myself longer to do it than you are. Do you know how to change the food to what you are choosing to eat yourself so I can track it? I will email you a few of the recipes I'm using like my homemade soup and Soy Beef Casserole with Orange (actually a ww recipe this one not mine! but its delicious) Got another wee hillwalk planned for this Saturday and starting back at the gym tomorrow night so hopefully that should help shift the weight quicker. Hows the Estate Agency going over your part of the world its dying a death over here just now due to the credit crunch. Much like advertising for me too! Keep up the good work with the healthy eating and great to hear from you. Jean emoticon

sunshine,

if you go to your nutrition page where you track your food, scrool down to right under your spot for snack and it says "click to add/edit extra meals...I use the snack which was already there for snacks during the day and snacks pm for after dinner, when I have my most problems.
What is your name...I don't mind calling you sunshine, however people might start talking!

I'd love to be your buddy, we can help each other lose what we want to and get trim and back in shape. Just cos we are 40 odd we dont have to look or feel it!! anyway, just wanted to say hi and well done for sounding so positive and inspirational. Jean emoticon
