What if you put your workout clothes, etc out the night before so you don't have to think about exercising, you just do it?

I just bought the Turbo Jam dvd set and my gym membership was reactivated this week (see my blog from Friday). I actually went today and then my boyfriend and I took the puppy for a walk. We're going to take him for a longer one tomorrow morning. We'll see how I feel...maybe I'll head back to the gym...

I am the worst at sticking to a consistant exercise program. Perhaps we can set some goals and check in with each other to keep ourselves accountable?
