My Program:
First 4 weeks "Baby Steps Weeks intro to New Routine": - Drink plenty of water - Bring lunch to work every day - Take 3 breaks during work to go out and walk - Log every single morsal that goes into my mouth!!!! *cut down Computer Game time *go to gym every morn (mon-fri) *do at least 10-20 miles of walking on weekends
Personal Information:
Born and Raised in Montreal, Que and now call Toronto my home. I have a beautiful 22 year old daughter who lives on her own so I can appreciate the "Empty Nester syndrome".
Other Information:
I enjoy reading self-help material; playing computer games (which I have now cut down my time on as well) and walking
