Well its a new year, and i'm starting over again, just getting over a broken wrist so working up to being able to do weights again, goal 1 is to start tracking my meals again, and get back to at least walking 30 mins. a day, and doing something while i'm watching my TV shows. The weather will be warm again soon and i want to get back into shape for the club.
I saw your comment on the huddle wall. Every pound lost is an accomplishment and should be celebrated! Congratulations on your success so far and on quitting smoking. I quit in 2001 and it was the best gift I could have given myself. Keep up the good work.
