I just want to learn more about nutrition and serving sizes.

My Goals:


My Program:
-Track food and exercise

-Walk at least 2 miles per day

-Stretch and lift weights while watching TV instead of sitting on the couch

-Drink lots of water

-Eat as many veggies as I want



Personal Information:
I currently live in Wilkes-Barre, PA.

I'm 5ft 8 inches tall.

My highest weight (that I know of) is 225 pounds.

The lowest my weight (that I know of), since I started caring in high school, is 170 pounds.

SP says my goal weight is 160 pounds. I'm willing to give it a try. I know I have some extra fat to get rid of (no question!). I'm not sure, with my muscle mass, if I can actually get my weight that low. About 3 years ago, I was 180 and I thought that was a healthy weight for my build. Who knows. I know I'm on this plan for life. So, maybe one day I will see 160.

I'm 29 years old. I'll be turning 30 in January. I'd love to tone up & get rid of a few pounds before my birthday.


Other Information:
I've been really active throughout my life.

2000.... ummm.... the year when I went to college and decided to focus on my studies (and working on my beer belly). This is when I wasn't currently involved in an organized sport.

I did, however, take a bunch of classes to help cut down the freshman 15. I took karate, adventure climbing, weight lifting, sailing, and nutrion. These helped out some.

Now, I currently focus on daily walking. I also enjoy yoga, hiking, camping, and fly fishing.
