Great work with the tracking....it'll definitely help you keep in line, and show you where you're missing some nutrients. I'm a track-fanatic myself...I've learned how to weave missing elements back into my diet, and find that the key to my success depends on how well I start the day - i.e. breakfast! Congratulations on tracking your food for three consecutive days! I think the Nutrition Tracker is one of the most helpful tools here. I found out I was eating too many low calorie snacks when I joined Spark People! Yea, even the low calorie ones add up!
