I'm supper excited to finally get my healthy self back again! But now I'm looking forward to making realistic goals and sharing my step by step journey with you! My goals aren't linked to vanity but sanity. The out side is only a shell of the person we truly are on the inside. Its my goal to make the person who is INSIDE to be the beautiful one. "For not the way man sees [is the way God sees], because mere man sees what appears to the eyes; but as for Jehovah, he sees what the heart is." #1 Samuel 16:7# After everything is said and done, we will be remembered more for WHO we were rather than what we LOOKED like.     Good for you. I've never done turbo fire but it sounds like a lot of people like it!! So your kids are home for the next few days...does that usually make it harder or easier to stay on track?

    Looks like you had a great day yesterday. Today was upper body, tommoraw lower body, thrusday is core....I need about 30 extra minutes a day, but im getting it in. I have 119 days to lose 37lbs, lol. Long term weight management after that :)
