It's Never Too Late To Make Better Choices

Every day there is a new fight or challenge. Or maybe it's the same fight I've been fighting all my life,....? Either way, everyday that I wake up I find myself facing another challenge and I've finally come to realize that this is the essence if this life. Sometimes I will fall. Sometimes I will stumble. But I will never lay down and just give up. I will continue to wake up each day for the challenges I have to face as long as I am alive!

Either way, everyday that I wake up I find myself facing another challenge and I've finally come to realize that this is the essence if this life. Sometimes I will fall. Sometimes I will stumble. But I will never lay down and just give up. I will continue to wake up each day for the challenges I have to face as long as I am alive!

The past is in the past. While I can't beat myself up continually over the times I didn't succeed, I can be proud of those time that I conquered my demons and put up a good fight! So each day is a new day to work hard at succeeding and although I am not perfect, I will not stop trying to be the best I can and work towards my ultimate goals.

My goals aren't linked to vanity but sanity. The out side is only a shell of the person we truly are on the inside. Its my goal to make the person who is INSIDE to be the beautiful one. "For not the way man sees [is the way God sees], because mere man sees what appears to the eyes; but as for Jehovah, he sees what the heart is." #1 Samuel 16:7#

After everything is said and done, we will be remembered more for WHO we were rather than what we LOOKED like. Will you join me on this continuing path to fitness and well being?

Went to church yesterday, because my hubby had plans for me today. Walking, talking, & enjoying. I'm already at my calories for today. Therefore, I am going to work up a sweat for dinner and a movie....great planning on your part girl, congrats.

I lost weight and lots of inches with Turbo Fire too!
I love doing it, when i'm done i find another workout to follow then when i am done that i always go back! !
It is a really get your heart pumping workout!
