I'm supper excited to finally get my healthy self back again! But now I'm looking forward to making realistic goals and sharing my step by step journey with you! My goals aren't linked to vanity but sanity. The out side is only a shell of the person we truly are on the inside. Its my goal to make the person who is INSIDE to be the beautiful one. "For not the way man sees [is the way God sees], because mere man sees what appears to the eyes; but as for Jehovah, he sees what the heart is." #1 Samuel 16:7# After everything is said and done, we will be remembered more for WHO we were rather than what we LOOKED like.     It's just below freezing, sunny with a very light dusting of snow around. Getting ready for a Caribbean cruise on Monday to escape to some warm weather. Desperately hoping I can eat well between now and then so I can be confident in summer clothes
