The Road to Health

I have been active for my whole 19 (almost 20) years of existence--ballet, soccer, fencing, you name it, and I've probably done it. I've also maintained a healthy weight--until college, that is. Now the "freshman 15" has turned into the "freshman 20", but I'm determined to reduce the damage! My goal is to be back to my pre-college weight by the end of October 2013. Let's get down to business!

I will be following the Jamie Eason Livefit Trainer for 8 weeks (starting at pause 2) and then start a different 12 week program
