My Program:
I Only Drink "0" Calorie Beverages, I Haven't Cut Out Any Certian Foods Cuz I Know I Can Never Just Give Them Up..I Portion Control. I Try To Say Between 1500-1900 Calories A Day && 5 Days Out Of The Week Im Going To The Gym && Doing 30-60 Minutes Carido, Weights, Strength Training, Im Always There At Least 2 Hours A Day.
