Im Chelsie, Im 22..and im tired of living my life in the fat lane. I've always been "the fat girl"..&& I've Tried&& Tried To Lose Weight, I Lost 30lbs Once & Then Within a Month I Gained It All Back. Recently I've Decided & With The Help Of A Friend Lol, That Im Going To Change Everything. I Joined A Gym & ImWorking Out 5 Days Outta The Week For 2 -3 Hours & Im Trying To Eat Healthier..Lets Just Say Im Ready For A " WHOLE NEW ME". A Healthier Me, A More Active & Stree-free Me! So With The Help Of Spark & My GoodFriend Julie & Everyones Support Im Trying To Lose at Least 100lbs, But For Now My Current Goal Is Just 80lbs!

My Goal Is To Lose 80 Lbs. I Want To Look Good, Feel Good! I Want To Know Im Healthy. I Want To Be Able To Run, Be Able To Wear A Bikini For Once In My Life! Look Good Naked, Feel Comfortable In My Own Skin, Live Life.. I Want To Be Happy!

My Program:
I Only Drink "0" Calorie Beverages, I Haven't Cut Out Any Certian Foods Cuz I Know I Can Never Just Give Them Up..I Portion Control. I Try To Say Between 1500-1900 Calories A Day && 5 Days Out Of The Week Im Going To The Gym && Doing 30-60 Minutes Carido, Weights, Strength Training, Im Always There At Least 2 Hours A Day.
