My Goal Is To Lose 80 Lbs. I Want To Look Good, Feel Good! I Want To Know Im Healthy. I Want To Be Able To Run, Be Able To Wear A Bikini For Once In My Life! Look Good Naked, Feel Comfortable In My Own Skin, Live Life.. I Want To Be Happy!

My Program:
I Only Drink "0" Calorie Beverages, I Haven't Cut Out Any Certian Foods Cuz I Know I Can Never Just Give Them Up..I Portion Control. I Try To Say Between 1500-1900 Calories A Day && 5 Days Out Of The Week Im Going To The Gym && Doing 30-60 Minutes Carido, Weights, Strength Training, Im Always There At Least 2 Hours A Day.

Hey thanks for the add! Congrats on your weight loss so far! I'm with you on being worried about gaining it all back once you lose it. I've done it. :( I lost 91 lbs in about 16 months and withing about a year I gained all of it back(plus another 22lbs). I had a car accident and went into a depression and lost all the control I once had. I'm back at it again....have lost 14 lbs so far. We can get this done! :)
