Up until about age 43, I had no weight problems that were not self correcting.

03/10/15 - I weighed 168 pounds today. I have set an interim weight goal of 10 percent or 151 pounds. I WILL do some exercise every day and log it; I will log my food.

I am dysthemic; I have SAD, aka Seasonal Affective Disorder and PTSD! I take daily medication.

My Status,1/7/2012
"SUNNYWBL is working hard to push herself out of the dumps and back on track."

I am slowly building up my activity level into weight loss mode again. I want to start working on weight loss again through Spring, Summer and EARLY Fall. The majority of calories burned in spring and summer in 2012 have come from renovating the back yard gardens.

From a low of 145 pounds in 12/2010 I am back to around 170 pounds and need to RE-LOSE the weight. Aauuggh!Breaking my wrist last fall

2/15/16 I started Nutrisystem several weeks ago, and am slowly loosing a few pounds.

8/30/09 down to 167 (down 15 lb)
12/17/09 down to 155 (32 Lb)
7/4/10 down below 151. (36 lbs) My low was 146.
I had to give up Curves on 12/31/2010 due to budget problems.
I mostly power walk/wog for my cardio. I DO enjoy Strength Training.

I'm sorry to say I have regained some of the weight I'd lost. 1/6/13

    Hi, emoticon
Nice to meet you, thanks for adding me as a friend, I added you too. emoticon

I live in Oregon, my mother was from Blue Earth, MN and I visited there in 2005, the year after she died. It was fun tracking down the house she grew up in and seeing the town she had talked about so much.

I look forward to getting to know you better.

    This Halloween there's something new.
    A sweet surprise that's called a "Boo".
A friendly "goblin" left it here
To spread a little "ghostly" cheer.
It's not a fright; it's not a scare, it's just a secret smile to share.
To get you in the Halloween mood, you've officially now been "boo'd".
It's your turn, now you're the one to pass along some "spooky" fun,
To friends who'd love a special "treat",
And let them know you think they're sweet!
'Cause it's for sure this little gift will give their "spirits" quite a lift.
Enjoy this latest, greatest way to celebrate this "ghoulish" holiday.

Since we meet daily on the Feminist trivia thread, I thought it was about time that we were friends. Now I know a bit more about you besides that you're really good at trivia.

Sometimes we all have those days where motivation is low, the scale lies, the work is too hard, the sun won't come out, you just don't want to bother, or it's easier just to eat the cake and not worry about it.

    Yup, we all have them.

So when you do have them, here are some great, wise, words for you to ponder...

The road to success is always under construction
    ― Lily Tomlin

"Follow your passion, stay true to yourself, never follow someone elses path unless youre in the woods and youre lost and you see a path then by all means you should follow that."
    ― Ellen Degeneres

"People often say that motivation doesnt last. Well, neither does bathing thats why we recommend it daily."
    ― Zig Ziglar

"I believe that if life gives you lemons, you should make lemonade... And try to find somebody whose life has given them vodka, and have a party."
    ― Ron White

"You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. Youre on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one wholl decide where to go." Dr. Seuss

Live your truth. Express your love. Share your enthusiasm. Take action towards your dreams. Walk your talk. Dance and sing to your music. Embrace your blessings. Make today worth remembering.
    ― Steve Maraboli.

...."and eat your veggies." My Mother.
