Happy Monday!

As a Portland native I am probably pretty biased, but in reality this city is amazing. If you like the outdoors in any capacity, then I would strongly encourage you to come visit. We have some amazing festivals and events. And the scenery is unmatched.

The meal planner has been interesting. I wish it had an option to add in side dishes or other meals besides just dinner. But it's not a bad way to find healthy recipes quickly.

Hope the challenge is treating you well thus far! Good luck this week. I am sure you will kick toosh! emoticon
