Thank you, thank you for checking on me. I am on track with eating and exercising. I did such a wonderful job staying the course while on vacation ... losing 10 pounds in three weeks because of all the activity ... I just knew I was going to tear up the road when we returned home.

No running for me for three weeks, and I'm to do PT. I'm not even supposed to walk long distances. Sigh.
