Intermittent fasting two days per week (5:2) started April 3, 2013. Track fitness minutes; jog/walk with my dog 2x a week; fitness videos 3x a week; walking if all else fails. Eat more fruit and vegetables; eat fewer snacks; Blog monthly; Be present in the moment.
