My Goals:
My goal is to lose a little weight to avoid taking high blood pressure medication.
My Program:
Pretty much, my program is to eat the mediterranean diet. Lots of fruits and veggies, fish, and little red meat. This is pretty much how I eat anyway ... but I will need to do a little portion control. I already do a lot of exercise. I love to walk and try to get 15,000 steps a day, I like to swim and I play golf. I am going to add some stretching and some core and upper body weight work.
