I kind of fell off the wagon for a while, but I'm getting back on track. I'm trying to eat more fruit and veggies and less other stuff, which really helps. Less snacking helps too. Today I was down 2.5 lbs from where I was about a week and a half ago. Yay!! How are you doing?
