It's great to meet another Christian sister here....how is the weight loss going?? I see that you have arthritis-I can relate as I have fibro and arthritis also (rheumatoid) No fun hunh??? We have to keep moving or we won't be able to move at all-at least that is the way it is for me. If I can help you in any way just spark mail me ok?
