exercises.asp?exercise=7 . He wants me to do them on my knees (like a girl push-up), but something about my center of gravity makes doing it on my toes so much easier. I've never been able to work out the mechanics of girl push-ups, either. I didn't think it was doing anything when I did it, but my abs this morning tell me differently.

You can do it! I started doing leslie's tape because I wanted to lose weight and just could not do the ones that have dance moves or they just went too fast and were very jerky for me. And being able to do them at home is a no brainer. I learned the hard way that you have to exercise and watch what you eat to make the whole thing work. I went to Curves for about 9 months and saw no weight loss, the circuit training just wasn't that hard, and I was not watching what I ate. I did only her tapes from 1/5/08 to around May 1st and I have lost weight but also inches. I have what I call the "family" hips and I have lost 3 1/2 inches - that's like a miracle. I have also started walking outside but I go incognito, I wear a baseball hat and sunglasses because I don't want to make eye contact with anyone. My husband says he doesn't even recognize (LOL). I still do leslie on the days I don't walk. She changed my life, I love her! emoticon
