I think everyone's paleo shopping list is different. It depends on your tastes and your budget, and how strict a diet you follow. There is Robb Wolf's Paleo Solution, Loren Cordain's Paleo Diet, Mark Sisson's Primal Blueprint, and Dr. Kruse's Leptin Reset. I'm sure there are others. All of them are slightly different in their rules, but the universal tenet is no grains or legumes, period.

Lots of fresh vegetables and some fresh fruit are really high on my list of things to have. After that, it's your party as far as protein and fat sources.

Thanks for the comment on my sunrise blog and to answer your question about where it is....If you go to google maps and type in San Bruno Mountain State Park, Daly City, CA you'll see a map come up with a big green area in the center - look closely and you'll see dotted lines on both sides of "Guadeloupe Canyon Road" the set to the top of the map is the trail I took...the lower set is also about 3 miles round trip but it's a mile and a half UP( and I do mean UP!) Unbelievable views of both the bay and the ocean as well as all the cities around though. ( that is where the radio towers you can see in my pictures are) The you walk 1.5 miles down. The other trail that I walk is a 3 miles loop with a few hills- but nothing like the other side. Lemme know if you decide t do it- I'm always looking for a walking partner in my area :)
