Personal Information:
I live within walking distance of the beach and love to go down and watch the waves come onto the shore. Or watch the sunset over the water. My other favorite thing to do is travel and see other beautiful places.

Food Plan: Follow SP low cholesterol diet
FOODS I avoid
NO Full Fat Dairy
NO high fructose corn syrup.
NO Red meat or Fried Food

Motivation: reduce waist by 2 inches
Get to bottom of goal weight range

Triggers: Pasta, Indian Food, Brownies, Getting too hungry, Feeling anxious

Thanks for the bloglove on my Beck Diet Solution post. And you are so smack on the bulls eye - we have to find what we will actually do. She's just a suggestion - not a command. the truth is - I am/was already doing much of what she suggests and at this point I haven't yet discovered anything I hadn't heard before. so MUCH of success in this weight and body effort comes when something inside you says "I'm ready". Well. I'm ready.

Thank you for the comment (love your picture, by the way). I agree about not having the energy to do this again. It's now or never. I guess I took a little advantage of the fact that my hubby doesn't care what I look like. So, if he's gonna love me whether I'm a hundred pounds or a thousand, why deprive myself of the comforts of food? But I'm done being a slug and gotta get moving again. Thank you again!
