Hey you,
I know I've had days where Im at 1000 calories by lunch time! For me it's usually the processed foods/snacks that put me over the top- I know if I stick to whole foods, then I can stay within the calorie range I'm aiming for! I'm glad you are liking the site and tracking your food- I didnt realize how much I would come to enjoy tracking my food, and really holding myself accountable for what I eat. It's helped me make better decisions because I know that if I eat unhealthy in the morning I can aim for a better afternoon!

Hey are you going to put a weight tracker up for yourself? For me it is motivational to know that small changes are making difference.

I've been doing well, getting to the end of my 30 day challenge- Ive learned so much and have chnaged alot of my habits- I plan to write a blog on that soon!
