Hey you, I know I've had days where Im at 1000 calories by lunch time! For me it's usually the processed foods/snacks that put me over the top- I know if I stick to whole foods, then I can stay within the calorie range I'm aiming for! I'm glad you are liking the site and tracking your food- I didnt realize how much I would come to enjoy tracking my food, and really holding myself accountable for what I eat. It's helped me make better decisions because I know that if I eat unhealthy in the morning I can aim for a better afternoon!
