Hey Belinda~how are you doing? We haven't done too good of a job keeping track of each other...LOL. I kinda took a break from it all. I needed some junk food...b/c I hadn't splurged since before last Christmas. I gained 3 pounds from it...but am ready to get going again. I only have about 1 1/2 months before my cruise...so I need to get going on it. I plan on getting prepared this weekend with low carb foods. I was doing pretty good by cutting down on carbs which curbs my appetite~but since I started eating cookies and crap, I crave sweets and want to eat a lot more often. So I am due for a reality check! Also, my gym exercising has been limited as well...so I am going to start working out in the morning again-atleast until cruise time.
It looks like you are doing awesome! I really need to kick it into high gear to catch you. You are 10 miles ahead...LOL. That is fantastic~I hope you are proud of yourself...I sure am proud of you!
So Monday starts a new diet lifestyle for me. I would start it earlier but I am going to a hockey game Sunday and we will be in a suiteroom with a full buffet. Not a good way to start a diet...that is usually how they end....LOL.
