I Miss Healthy Me...

I am now here to live a healthier life and to lose weight, and I really want this to work. The thought of wearing a "little black dress" again gives me inspiration. I am tired of shopping at the XL or size 14-16 section. I am giving a whole new meaning to the phrase "I want to be fit again." Here is my dedication to a sunny 2010 when I will see myself looking and feeling healthier. I want to enjoy my 40th, and not to blame it for not being fit anymore.

My Goals:
Feeling fit and healthy.
Being able to eat smaller portions.
Being dedicated to my daily morning exercises with weights and anckle weights as I used to be.
Fiting into my old ski clothes so I can enjoy my hobby again.

My Program:
Here is a small plan that will help me to achieve my goals:
- walk with my daughter and our dog 2 times a week;
- a 20 minute exercise at home or a full work-out at YMCA on the days I don't walk;
- drink 8 cups of water a day.

Other Information:
My short-term goal is to be ready for a vacation trip in August 2010.
My plan is to weigh 170lbs on Aug.1st, 2010.
