My Goals:
I want to be able to weigh under 150lbs.

I have been using the Wii Fit Plus to lose the weight & mix it up with alittle Zumba & Just Dance with my girls!

Personal Information:
I am a mother of 6 (4 step children and 2 natural children). My husband and I have been married for 16 yrs. I am just wanting to be healthy again.

Other Information:
I love to read & enjoy spending time with my children.

SMALLTOWNMOMMY & DDHEART~ Thank you for becoming friends. You are very supportive as is everyone else on The SWIFTKICK Team.

SMALLTOWNMOMMY~ I guess I need to update my page when I have some time. My workout right now mainly consists of the Wii FIt Plus & WATP. I like to mix it up with some Zumba now that I have been able to temporarily make the hip belt longer & figures out the placement of the belt. I did start the C25k program & was doing well with it on the treadmill (a whole different experience than using the outside track behind my house). I have been able to jog 1.5+ miles in 10 minutes on the Wii Fit Free Run too. So I am slowly getting there. I would like to do the Relay For Life our town sponsors but I don't think I will be able to this July.

Hi Brenda! Thank you for the add! How are you doing on your plan? I love Jillian Michaels workouts, she is so fit and inspiring. Have you started your couch to 5K program yet? I was thinking about training for a half marathon, but I think I just want to get another 5K or 10K under my belt first. I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
