I think it's best to move to Paleo slowly. That way you establish good habits that you will stick to. The surest way to fail is to try to change everything at once. We just aren't built to do that!
I have gone on and off Paleo since last June. I always lose about 10 pounds the first week and then stall and get discouraged. I think it's because I only change the nutrition and not the fitness. I LOVE working out and you just can't do "chronic cardio" with a Paleo lifestyle. This time I'm taking a different approach and I know I'll succeed :-) 2323 days ago
Well thank you very much. I always try to stay as positive as possible. I feel that negativity gets you know where. In fact I think it holds people back. When ever you feel like frowning, smile that best smile you can. When you feel like crying, laugh with all the sincerity in your heart. If you feeling down and depressed watch a comedy or talk with someone you know will make you laugh. But most of all never say never. Tell yourself everyday that there is nothing you can't do. If you can imagine it, you can do it. Every day when you wake up tell yourself that. That is the best advice I believe I have ever given. I wish you all the luck in reaching your goals as well. Stay in touch and we'll get there together. God bless. Bye.
Hey....Of course I could use a buddy to keep me in check...I started the 30 Day Shred last week, so far I have done 8 days (skipped 1 day) the first few days were good but on day 3 I was feeling it! This week its a lot better, I tried level 2 today, and I think I might stick to level 1 for a little bit longer and mix in level 2 randomly till i'm comfortable with that...Not really sure what the guidelines are for that, but hopefully it works! Haha, i'd love to get rid of some of this baby weight before my b-day in August!
