My Goals:
I would like to improve how I think of myself (boost self-esteem) by not only losing weight but also by being happy with who I am. I would like to be 120 lbs because there are so many diseases and health problems that come around when one is over-fat. I just want to be healthy and active.

My Program:
I try to eat 3 meals a day with a snack. For activities, I would like to swim, walk/jog, go to gym, and do tae-bo. I want to improve my felxibility by doing yoga or pilates.

Personal Information:
My name is Mary : ). I am majoring in psychology and social work. After that I hope to get my masters in clinical social work or clinical psychology and if God wills it, get my Ph.D. in psychology.

Other Information:
I really love to read all kinds of books, poems, and quotations. I find them very inspiring. I love nature, especially waterfalls, they are peaceful. I enjoy making friends and helping people & putting a smile on their face :).

There's a team called Victoria’s Secret Angels and a new team called SP Hotties. Thought you would be interested in joining. The purpose of both teams is to help motivate everyone to finally get fit and be healthy with challenges and daily/ weekly weigh ins as well as sharing beauty, fashion, and fitness secrets and trends.

We are starting a new challenge called the Total Body Makeover; it’s a great motivating way to lose weight. It should help you lose between 6-10 pounds for the month of April to get you ready for the summer (Vs Team). The SP Hotties Team focuses on dieting challenges as well as fitness tips, success stories, and support throughout your weight loss journey.
