My healthy life

I've never felt better! I'm on my 2nd year of healthy eating and just started a fitness regimen. Both are going well and I'm now looking for more structure and purpose. I know setting specific goals and journaling will help me get there. YAY! for healthy living :-)

Complete a sprint Triathlon in June 2008
Replace the 'soft' body with muscle
Lose excess belly fat

My Program:
Alternate days of swimming/biking/running.
Daily weights - alternating between upper/lower body
Daily core work

Pack daily meals/snacks
Portion control
No alcohol till I complete the Tri
